According to the Orange County Register's Total Buzz. Rep. Gary Miller appeared on Fox News this morning to discuss his efforts to stop children of illegal immigrants from receiving automatic birthright citizenship. They are commonly referred to as "anchor babies."
Last month, 42nd Republican Congressional candidate Lee McGroarty called bills dealing with the issue, including Miller's, "unconstitutional."
In February we did a story on the birthright citizenship position of the three candidates challenging Miller for the Republican nomination.
