Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Town Hall Meeting
I will be hosting an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Town Hall meeting with the Brea Chamber of Commerce on October 28th at 10 a.m.The purpose of the Town Hall meeting is to inform small business owners about Federal and State ADA laws, and present guidelines to avoid lawsuits for non-compliance. All business owners are invited to attend. The meeting will feature speakers with a broad range of knowledge on this issue.The panel will include:
Maryann Maloney, Regional Director of California Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse
Commissioner Richard Luehrs from the Commission on Disability Access
David Peters, CEO and General Counsel of Lawyers Against Lawsuit Abuse
Nancy Peverini, Senior Legal Counsel with Consumer Attorneys of California
