Congressman Gary Miller has drawn a second Republican primary challenger in CPA Phil Liberatore. He filed a "Statement of Candidacy" with the FEC on December 10. Haven't been able to find a website yet but will post it here when I do.
Liberatore joins Miller and Chino businessman Lee McGroarty in the 42nd race.
